iPhone 14 Pro camera vs Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max are both excellent camera phones in and of themselves, but the latter stands out for its impressive zooming abilities. If recent rumours and recently leaked images are to be believed, the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will continue to lag behind Samsung’s potent S series flagship in this regard.
In a few months, on September 13, the iPhone 14 line is expected to be unveiled. The 12MP primary camera will presumably be replaced with a 48MP sensor in the Pro versions, but they will likely retain the same resolution 12MP ultrawide and 12MP telephoto cameras as their predecessors, according to rumours, leaked renderings, and mockup devices.
Apple appears to be developing a periscope telephoto camera with up to 6-fold zoom, but the iPhone 15 Pro is most likely where we’ll see it first. On the other hand, it is said that the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will continue to provide 3x optical zoom and perhaps 15x digital zoom.
